Remote IT Management Services (RITMS)
RITMS is just what it sounds like. We manage our customer's IT resources remotely. We deploy system probes to a server at the customer location, which monitor events and activity on both the systems and network. The probes send notifications of potential (or actual) issues, which help to keep customers ahead of the game by knowing about problems either immediately when they occur or even before they occur.
RITMS is comprised of the following components:
- Around the clock monitoring
- Routine maintenance
